Description: This community is located in high salt flat/pannes and is dominated by <i>Sesuvium verrucosum</i> and/or <i>Suaeda linearis</i>. Codominants include <i>Rayjacksonia phyllocephala</i> and <i>Iva texensis</i>. Other associated species include <i>Coreopsis tinctoria, Sporobolus virginicus</i>, and <i>Borrichia frutescens</i>, among others. <i>Sesuvium verrucosum</i> is the only constant species in the supporting plot data. This provisional community is described from very limited plot data from Padre Island National Seashore, Texas.
