Evidence of pits and mounds, natural scenescence in plot. Age class diversity appears to be well represented across species. -- Area is dominated by poplar & red maple; Hemlock is more dominant on east side of creek (west facing slope). Whole valley is variation of early sucessional poplar, red maple, hemlock with heavy heath understory; White Pine / Huckleberry upslope.
