The slope is relatively mesic as indicated by CLIUNI and MENFER; abundant PICENG reproduction but very limited ABILAS; note that even a "moderately" north-facing slope tends to support MENFER (at this elevation at least).
Was burned about 70-75 years b.p.; old standing dead have fallen nearly completely (were LAROCC); came back to PINCON and LAROCC; PINCON has moderate to severe beetle-kill infestation; 6-10" PINCON boles on ground and jackstrawed.
