Location Narrative
EBMUD land. Adenostoma fasciculatum stand on steep south-facing slope. There are a few Arctostaphylos manzanita along the stand's edges. The herbaceous layer is more dense towards the southern edge of the stand (downslope) where the Adenostoma fasciculatum is less dense. Underneath the chamise, herbs are almost absent. The stand is on the north side of a drainage leading over to Pardee Reservoir.
