Location Narrative ? Stand is an open Blue Oak woodland with numerous standing dead blue oaks and with a lesser number of live blue oaks. Understory is primarily non-native annual grasses and forbs with several native forbs. Toxicodendron diversilobum present, clustered at the base of a Quercus douglasii. To south of the releve, Toxicodendron diversilobum occurs with Aesculus californica on a rocky knoll. To reach releve location, take Peoria Ridge Rd. approx. 1 mi. NW from intersection with Peoria Flat Road where two sets of powerlines intersect. Releve is situated approx. 300 m due east from road. Releve runs across slope, crossing the top of a drainage.; Site historically grazed. Dead standing Quercus douglasii result of 1995 Peoria Flat fire.
